Pitcher of the Week
Justin D’Amato, St. John Fisher College
So., Canandaigua, NY/Canandaigua HS
D’Amato earned his second win of the season in as many appearances, striking out the first eight hitters he faced in a St. John Fisher rout of Penn State Altoona. He tossed a no-hitter through five innings before yielding a hit and a home run in the sixth inning. Of the 15 outs he recorded, D’Amato fanned 13 and forced two pop-outs to the second baseman.
