PITTSFORD, NY – St. John Fisher University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) members recently sponsored holiday wish lists for local families through Share the Joy, a program that supports Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS).
SAAC members purchased items at local stores or through Amazon, fulfilling the wishes and needs of multiple Rochester area families.
Share the Joy, which strives to brighten the holiday season for families in need, served over 2,400 individuals this year, surpassing its 2023 total (1,800) by a wide margin. The program supports current clients of the CCFCS, regardless of their backgrounds or beliefs.
CCFCS is the largest provider of family services in the Rochester and Finger Lakes regions.
