The 2018-19 Empire 8 Conference Men's Basketball Tournament will feature the conference's top four teams from regular season play. The two semifinals games will take place on Friday, February 22 on the campus of the top seed. The two semifinal winners will meet on Saturday, Feb. 23 in the E8 Championship. The winner will earn the conference's automatic qualifying bid to the NCAA Tournament and advance to the 2018-19 NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Tournament.
