Rosters were announced Monday for the 2022 NABC – Reese's Division III College All-Star Game, to be held Saturday, March 19 at 3:00 p.m. ET at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Ind. Nazareth's Stephen Gabel was among the 20 players selected to compete.

The Division III All-Star Game, held in conjunction with the 2022 NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship, features the top senior talent across Division III. Rosters include representation from each Division III region. The Game will be played prior to the 6 p.m. NCAA Division III championship game. Elmhurst, Marietta, Randolph-Macon and Wabash are the Final Four participants.

Former Westminster coach Jim Dafler and former WashU coach Mark Edwards will serve as coaches for the two Division III All-Star teams.

Gabel recently completed a fifth season with the Golden Flyers, who enjoyed one of their finest seasons ever with a school-record 24 wins, an Empire 8 Conference championship and a berth in the NCAA Tournament. Nazareth defeated Westfield State in its first-round game before losing to UMass.-Dartmouth in the second round.

Gabel, a 6-foot-3 guard from Victor, N.Y. and Fairport High School, was the Golden Flyers' leading scorer at 17.8 points per game and was a first-team all-conference selection for the third year in a row. His career stat line includes 1,486 points -- good for ninth place on Nazareth's all-time list.
