Emma Parry, a senior defender on the Nazareth women's lacrosse team, has been named to the 2022 Division III All-American team by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association.
A native of Camillus, N.Y. and a graduate of West Genesee High School, Parry is a third-team selection and the first Nazareth player selected since 2006. Earlier in the post-season, she was named as a first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star for the second year in a row and was chosen as the league's Defensive Player of the Year.
In 2022, Parry had one goal and two assists and set single-season Nazareth records with 95 draw controls and 45 caused turnovers. She also led the team with 55 ground balls.
Nazareth advanced to the E8 title game for the second year in a row.
