St. John Fisher Men's Lacrosse Program Nationally Ranked in 2025 USILA and Inside Lacrosse Preseason Poll

The St. John Fisher University men's lacrosse program is ranked No. 14 in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) and No. 15 in the preseason Division III Inside Lacrosse Preseason media polls, announced in late January.

The Cardinals are looking to win their sixth straight Empire 8 Championship and earn a berth in the NCAA Division III Tournament for the sixth straight year in 2025. Last season, the Cardinals finished 14-8 overall and made its first appearance in the NCAA National Quarterfinals in program history. St. John Fisher is 84-38 under head coach Dave Dobbins, who took over in 2018.

The Cardinals open the season on Feb. 15 vs. Haverford College. The Empire 8 will have a new look this season, with SUNY Brockport, SUNY Geneseo and SUNY Poly joining for a 10-team league. SUNY Geneseo is the defending SUNYAC Champion.
