Sixty-two Empire 8 student-athletes from eight institutions earned 2026 United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Men's Outdoor Track and Field All-Region honors.
The top-8 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Athletic.net Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region’s top-8 relay teams.
All Empire 8 institutions with the exception of Russell Sage compete in the Niagara region. Russell Sage is part of the Mideast Region.
